After completing more than 30 district network and large-scale energy generation projects in different latitudes, we have the knowledge and experience to define the conditions and ensure the success of such operations.

The Vision Framework

Energy generation, understood as the production of primary energy from fuels from a variety of sources, is the basis of the energy industry and scale consumption for most uses. Efficient scale generation includes the use of high-efficiency technology, the integration of renewable production, the design of demand-based geopositioned locations and smart management.

What We Offer

We believe that taking action at the start of the journey allows for more efficient joint outcomes.

We analyze, propose and develop district energy generation systems that reduce the consumption of primary fossil energy, taking into account overall emissions, total costs or both at once.

Using existing neighborhoods and districts or future developments as a basis, we scale production, distribution and hook-up systems for buildings, providing a comparative look at the best technology for each case, assessing the phased scalability of the systems, indicating the best location and analyzing the costs and benefits. We offer the investment required and the optimal operating models based on overall life-cycle costs, including maintenance and the sale of power to third parties.

Taking specific processes into account, we design custom, large-scale renewable energy generation solutions. We assess the customer’s needs and geographic location to develop technologically adapted renewable energy production solutions, both for customer-oriented consumption and to supply green energy to existing systems.

We carry out projects from the concept design stage to the basic and master plans through to site management, implementation and subsequent monitoring. We supervise approaches and existing systems both to verify investments and to propose measures to improve and increase the economic viability of district networks.

How We Do It

The first step is to perform a detailed analysis of each case, determining the current and expected consumption and the conditions of said consumption (location of consumption, needs by use type, characterization of scenarios). Evaluating financial and energy-related criteria, we propose customized technological solutions, both for production (efficient and/or renewable) and for distribution, exchange and third-party sale or self-consumption.

We evaluate technologies, such as natural gas or biomass boilers, high-power geothermal energy, heat pumps, medium and high-temperature solar thermal collectors (based on Fresnel technology, vacuum tubes or central tower tubes), centralized photovoltaic production and other renewable technologies.

We conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses for the life cycle of the installations and for investments by third parties, including cost recovery and rates of return by operating period.

We offer actor-focused reports, including due diligence for investors, feasibility studies for public administrations, master plans or site management, follow-up documents for systems in operation and administrative documentation.
