Under the auspices of various design projects focused on neighborhoods or districts, AIGUASOL raised the need to develop a tool to determine demand and energy consumption at the neighborhood or district scale. The goal was to design a tool with a dynamic simulation engine that would allow geo-positioning of the input data and results.
In a joint effort with Sukia, a real estate developer, we designed a methodology that use market solutions and our own developments to produce demand and consumption maps based on typical input data in urban planning design stages.
