Review and analysis of energy efficiency and potential for savings in a group of buildings of the Costanera Center, a facility designed to include parking, a shopping center, four office buildings and a convention center.

The analysis included a 300-meter skyscraper designed by architect Cesar Pelli and featuring 80,000 m2 of office space as well as Tower 4 (112 meters with 17,000 m2 of mixed-use office space) and a four-star hotel.

AIGUASOL’s expert consulting focused on reviewing the energy efficiency of the planned heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems and analyzing and developing technical proposals to improve the lighting and thermal comfort of the inhabited spaces in the buildings.
