The industrial sector is responsible for approximately 30% of total greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in Spain, making it one of the main contributors to climate change, according to reports from the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO).
At Aiguasol, we have developed a digital platform for monitoring and forecasting energy consumption tailored to the needs and challenges of metallurgical plants, in collaboration with ULMA Construction, a company specialized in the manufacturing and supply of formwork, shoring, and industrial scaffolding systems.
This innovative system, called UCES (Ulma Construction Energy System), integrates advanced artificial intelligence technology to address the main energy challenges of the industry: ensuring energy, economic, and production efficiency while prioritizing sustainability and compliance with current environmental regulations.
The development of this platform represents another step forward in our mission to facilitate the energy transition in the industrial sector. At Aiguasol, we believe that transforming the industry requires adopting digital solutions that combine efficiency, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology.
Through this collaboration, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting our partners not only in achieving their sustainability objectives but also in leading the shift toward a more environmentally friendly industrial model through innovation.
