For L’Olivera, AIGUASOL prepared a comprehensive project to optimize the operations of its new winery. To achieve this objective, we mapped out the thermal performance of the planned building over a period of one year based on the original design presented by the team of architects and performed—to the extend permissible—an in-depth analysis and optimization of the building’s energy demands.

After optimizing the building, we designed an HVAC system based on local resources and managed its construction. The system chosen was based on biomass boiler technology for heating and hot water and a high-efficiency evaporative cooling system for cooling.
