The overall objective of the project is to perform the installation of a reverse osmosis unit for the production of desalinated water for Brava Island citizens, powered by a photovoltaic power plant.
The specific objective of AIGUASOL services is to analyse and eventually review all the documentation that is part of the procurement for the installation works of a reverse osmosis unit for the production of desalinated water and a photovoltaic energy system on the island of Brava in Cabo Verde, as to award the contract to the most economically advantageous offer.
Tasks performed:
- Review of the consistency of the various technical and financial documents that are part of the procurement in order to carry out the work in compliance with the standards in force;
- Review of all written documents, calculations and plans in relation to the economic and environmental sustainability of the project;
- Assist the Awarding Entity (LuxDev) in the preparation of the tender documents, namely with regards to the technical and administrative criteria associated with the criterion of the most economically advantageous proposal.
