Aiguasol develops for IDAE (Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving of Energy) and ASIT (Association of Solar Thermal Industry) CHEQ4, a software to provide all actors in the low temperature solar thermal energy sector the application, implementation and evaluation of HE4 section included in the basic requirement of energy saving “HE” in the Spanish Building Technical Code (CTE).

CHEQ4 aims to facilitate compliance to all stakeholders in the field of solar thermal energy, and promote a common calculation method that combines accuracy and ease of use.

CHEQ4 is based on the calculation method developed by Aiguasol METASOL and presented at the ISES Solar World Congress 2011 (August 28 – September 2), the largest scientific conference in the fields of Solar Energy and Building in Kassel. Read here the details:
